London Citi Industrials or Barclays Power team?
Hi all,
Currently deciding bewteen 2 offers to join as a 3rd year analyst in London -
Citi Industrials vs. Barclays Power, Utilities and Infra
Which group has stronger deal flow?
Appreciate any input.
What sector do you prefer? Utilities / infra deals are a world separate from industrials.
I would pick Citi.
Thanks. Jefferies Healthcare called to offer an early promotion to associate. Should I take that over Citi?
In terms of sectors, I am neutral among all 3.
Again, appreciate any input
Industrials is a great industry to be in, most of the deals I have worked on are in the sector and I like it a lot. However early promotion to associate at Jefferies' best group (by far) is also appealing. Jefferies is a great firm but keep in mind that : 1. It is a sweat shop, my friends working there were getting crushed, and 2. They have a weird clawback clause about their bonuses, you should look into it. I had two friends leaving the firm and having to pay money back

Good luck, not an easy decision
