Industrials is a great industry to be in, most of the deals I have worked on are in the sector and I like it a lot. However early promotion to associate at Jefferies' best group (by far) is also appealing. Jefferies is a great firm but keep in mind that : 1. It is a sweat shop, my friends working there were getting crushed, and 2. They have a weird clawback clause about their bonuses, you should look into it. I had two friends leaving the firm and having to pay money back

Good luck, not an easy decision
