After applications are submitted, there might be a waiting period before hearing back about an interview. This is because return offers for summer analysts are usually given out first, and then the process for full-time positions follows. It's a bit like waiting for the bananas to ripen, you can't rush it!
However, it's important to note that this information might vary depending on the specific office and year. If you haven't heard back for a while, it might be a good idea to reach out to them again or try to get in touch with someone you know at the firm. Any update? Did you get the test immediately after applying? I applied but haven't received any test yet
I got them 5 days after. I think Moelis & Rothschild are selective in their tests after a CV review

And have you got any contact with someone within the team about their ft hiring in 2024?
