Recruiter MIA

Two weeks ago a recruiter reached out to me from a top boutique (Moelis, lazard, etc.) She seemed very interested in my application as I had referrals from multiple MD's; she scheduled a phone call with
my preferred location and group, and we agreed on Friday but not a specific time. The day before I was supposed to have the phone interview, I reached out to her and she said that the team would have to reschedule, and
told me she would follow up Monday. I reached out to her Monday, and she didn't reply. I called her and left a voicemail Tuesday of the same week, still no response.

At this point I don't know what to do, I am confused because I'm not sure if I still have the offer to interview or not, and there has been complete radio silence on her front. I don't want to annoy her, but this is my dream company and group, and I was really excited about the phone call. My resume is in pretty good shape, and I have a lot to offer as a candidate, but I am from a non-target (top 25 state b-school).
I'm anxious because the timeline is moving so fast this summer and I want to have an opportunity to interview with this group badly. Any suggestions on how to handle this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I suppose it wouldn't hurt to reach out again to follow up with the recruiter about rescheduling the interview. Unfortunately, if it's already been 2 weeks of radio silence, you've lost momentum and it's entirely possible they've already filled the open spot(s).

In the future, I would really advise against cancelling/rescheduling an interview the day before unless there's a true emergency. For reference, my school's OCR policy is 9am 2 business days before the interview.
