TD NY M&A - Cowen Acquisition and Deal Execution

I was just wondering if TD's M&A team in NY will be doing more execution work with the Cowen acquisition?

Just interviewed last week. The acquisition is just getting started as far as integration. In the current moment, they've really just been able to access Cowen's relationships/clients and offer more services as TD has a BS where Cowen didn't.
Every single thing I've read and person I've talked to seem confident that TD is going to grow in the US

Also interviewed with the TD M & A team, Cowen is being integrated slowly. Supposedly the NYC M & A team met with Cowens team in NYC for a mixer and get to know each other, I believe its slow but smooth
