I was just wondering if TD's M&A team in NY will be doing more execution work with the Cowen acquisition?
- Insiders say it has sped up their growth plan by 5 years
- Asking juniors in Toronto to transfer to the NY office
- Currently beefing up the team heavily in NY

Just interviewed last week. The acquisition is just getting started as far as integration. In the current moment, they've really just been able to access Cowen's relationships/clients and offer more services as TD has a BS where Cowen didn't.
Every single thing I've read and person I've talked to seem confident that TD is going to grow in the US
