What do summer analysts have to know for interviews?
Are summer analysts expected to know all the stuff that regular analysts should know for interviews? I'm talking about valuation methods (DCF, comps, etc.) and other financial knowledge stuff that people get tested on in interviews.
Or do the summer analysts just get a "fit" interview and are selected on personality and grades? I'm asking this because we will be juniors when we interview and I know that I will have only taken one basic finance course by that time.
