When is JP Morgan going to PAY MARKET for Associates??????

Listen up Jamie Dimon - this is Jamie Diamond speaking.

I am a loyal servant and would like to be comped as much as Citi, UBS, and Deutchiey Bank. Pretty sure market is 175/200/225 and JP is 150/175/200 (although MBAs come in at 175).

It is unacceptable that a fine establishment like John Pierpont Morgan is comping their associates UNDER market

RRRRIOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT

Absurd that they haven't bumped Associate pay yet... at least with analyst pay match to MS/GS, there's the copium of hiring more analysts to combat WLB issues (doubtful that will actually translate to reduced duress based on what I've seen with my group).

Expectation is they will pay above market to compensate for lower base, but TBD

I don't think this is true, I was interviewing for a IB associate role and they specify that base comp would be $175k starting.

Bro you’re still here? You always capping about what you’re interviewing for and at what tier

get out of here ya bum
