I am a loyal servant and would like to be comped as much as Citi, UBS, and Deutchiey Bank. Pretty sure market is 175/200/225 and JP is 150/175/200 (although MBAs come in at 175).
It is unacceptable that a fine establishment like John Pierpont Morgan is comping their associates UNDER market

Absurd that they haven't bumped Associate pay yet... at least with analyst pay match to MS/GS, there's the copium of hiring more analysts to combat WLB issues (doubtful that will actually translate to reduced duress based on what I've seen with my group).
Any idea what bonuses are like at the Associate level for JPM? Have heard anecdotally that they tend to be below street, like GS - any truth to this?

true they are below street - i know that JPM tech received less than Citi and BAML tech

There tends to be more differentiation among buckets. Top bucket is generally higher than top bucket at other BBs, but middle and bottom can be lower.
As an analyst - I like my group a lot and am considering A2A as opposed to PE recruiting, and this is definitely a consideration...
