Boutique consulting questions

Graduating from college this May, I've managed to land an offer at a boutique consulting firm in NYC.

The boutique works exclusively with PE firms, though it seems to be mainly in an executive search capacity. I'm not sure what exit opportunities would look like but starting comp is solid at around 80k+ all in.

I would love to hear what more experienced members think about potential opportunities coming out of this role might be, whether in consulting or even potentially PE?
