Job Offer - Currently in charge of M&A
Hello,
I am working for a Spanish leading industrial private company. I am currently in charge of M&A activities in Asia. However, I do not really enjoy the industry as I find it highly boring. Furthermore, our methods of valuation is very simple, EBITDAx8 is the value we give to whatever company we analyse but we end up paying whatever needed. I don't do financial modelling at all.
I would like to switch to an investment bank, however, I left university a long time ago so I don't think I have any chance at the moment.
My plans are to take a MBA in the states in some years and try to get into a investment bank afterward.
Meanwhile I got an offer from another Spanish company, very large and public. They are not a financial company but one what manages infrastructures, like road toll stations. I would be doing large projects. The large projects so far has been US$12bn.
At the bottom of this mail I attached a job description of the position offered. Do you think such a position would add value to my resume to eventually apply for a MBA and a position at a investment bank?
Kind regards
