Lateral IB Analyst - Buyside recruiting disadvantage?
Hi all,
Was at a brand name MM IB (Blair / HL / Piper / Baird) before switching to an EB (Perella / Moelis / Lazard) last year. I'm thinking about breaking into MF / UMM PE or a decent SM HF. I had over $1B+ deal experience at the MM, and around $3B in the EB. Will I be at a disadvantage when it comes to headhunters / buyside recruiting?
