Morgan Stanley Situational Judgement test

Hey folks,

Any recent assessment taker for Morgan Stanley here ? I need some help with how they asess the situational test at Morgan Stanley. One of my friend last week got rejected just because of SJT score as his score within numerical, verbal and inductive should as a key strength within the report.

I got very high on all 4 and very well suited for the SJT and still got rejected from one application

Just apply to 3 roles and hope

Hey there!

Based on the most helpful WSO content, the Morgan Stanley Situational Judgement Test (SJT) is designed to assess how you respond to different scenarios that you might encounter in the workplace. The feedback you receive after the test can provide some insight into your strengths and areas for improvement.

From what I've seen, the feedback often highlights areas such as your desire to learn, motivation to follow rules and deliver on commitments, effectiveness under pressure, and your collaborative nature.

If your friend was rejected due to the SJT score, it might be because they were found to be less effective when working under pressure in fast-paced environments or less collaborative in nature.

Remember, these tests are designed to assess fit, so it's important to answer honestly and consistently. It's also a good idea to familiarize yourself with the company's values and culture, as this can often guide your responses.

Hope this helps, and don't hesitate to swing back if you have more questions!
