New member introduction/ in need of advice

Guys,

I have been a long term lurker of the website and have not posted before. I am a rising senior at a non-target private liberal arts college in the Mid Atlantic. I want to get into investment banking FT and eventually PE by any means possible(MBA/other) I know these are the goals of pretty much everyone here but I am one of very few at my school with them. We are a very old school that boasts about its prestige more than it should.

I am very happy with the school in every category except job placement. We have a horrible Career development office with NO meaningful finance on campus interviews. They give me online templates for advice... No legitimate finance classes are offered either so advice from professors is lack luster as well.

Pretty much everything I learn comes from WSO. I have attached my resume in hopes someone could shred it to pieces with constructive criticism.

I really want to know what I should be aiming for for FT as i don't expect the firm I'm with now to create a position for me. I realize BB isn't realistic with my GPA but would upper MM be? Or should i stick to boutique and look to move up with B-school.

any input as far as resume or career advice is appreciated. I am very happy to be a member of the WSO community.

Best regards,

You could potentially get in to most banks. I had a gpa low enough that I didnt even bother putting it on my resume and I got interviews from a number of top mm banks, before settling on my current pe firm. Its weird how shit works out.

That all said, what advice do you actually want?
