New To WSO And Looking For Some Opinions

Hey everyone, i'm currently a 3rd year student in a 5 year undergrad program at a non-target school. 3.7 gpa with a double major in accounting and finance. Ive always been interested in working on wall street and now getting serious about breaking into the industry. Any one have some comments on how the process usually works or what i should/should've been doing to get as an analyst or sales and trading? im also going to a networking event with people that work on wall street. If anyone has some tips about the right way to network, it would really be appreciated.

A. Follow brouhaha's advice and use the search function as often as possible.

B. Yeah, welcome!

C. Your game plan, in a nutshell, is this: keep GPA where it's at or higher, start/continue networking, get good internship this summer, land a summer analyst role for your pre-senior year summer, coast through said senior year, begin work, ???, profit.

Thanks for the replies. Now that i've found the search box, definitely going to start using it. I bet the game plan sounds a lot easier than it is.
