Do you have a dividend portfolio?

Curious to hear people's thoughts on building a giant dividend portfolio, and where people are at in terms of their passive income. I personally think this is the free money hack that just takes time to build.

always wanted one and thought cool but never had the funds to create a portfolio of any substantial size. during the covid dislocation in 2020 i yolo'ed into some REITs and dividend stocks I liked when they were 7-15% dividend yields (along with some terrible calls on SPACs and tech stocks). Today, the portfolio is 90% dividend income and i've set to reinvest proceeds. I love this portfolio - i just wish i did it in a tax efficient vehicle. I sold a lot of stocks when i did a renovation on my house - not this one.. never
