Well, even though the OnlyFans interface may be available in Estonian, I doubt that many people from Estonia have the money for that sort of things. The biggest simp market is the American one, and U.S. simps only speak English. My EE girls' English is totally broken, and I doubt they have the knowledge and general ability to build and grow a fanbase, because most of them have little knowledge about the American simp market out there.
