People who walk around in public with their cell on speaker holding the phone in front of their face

And talking an octave or two higher than normal. Who are all these people? Is this a super extrovert? Do they think they are more important than everyone else? Or do they just like to feel that they are the center of attention…

Do you see this often with a lot of people? Or only occasionally with a few people?

I see it a few times per week. I just don’t get it. Seems very obnoxious. In the grocery store, at the doctor’s office waiting room, etc.

"If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them." - Bruce Lee

In London, if you take buses regularly, it's an incredibly regular occurrence. People will shout full blown conversations on loud speaker rather than put the phone to their ear.

Another super common one is people just playing music out loud or watching tiktoks out loud. Honestly I'm half guessing it's because headphone jacks have been removed from most phones and a lot of, especially older, people barely understand what Bluetooth is.

Seems like people these days have an utter lack of understanding for their surroundings aka there’s a time and place for everything. I deal with a similar issue where folks in my office will be on work calls/meetings in their office and refuse to use headphones or close their door. Incredibly distracting as well as obnoxious.
