Say you wrap up your day early, do you still sleep really late usually?

Say you have a couple weeks where you wrap up your day early and get home at a reasonable hour, do you still sleep really late usually?

If so, why / what do you do? I keep sleeping around 3-4am even though I could sleep a couple hours earlier on most days, and I wonder if others experience this as well

It's actually much less productive to be awake at 3 or 4 am, I feel like after 1am, my reading and processing speed generally slows down a bit. Something that may take me 5 minutes to read during the day could take longer at night, so may as well just sleep around then and spend more time being productive after 9am or something
