Gaining Experience While Working Another Job.
Hello. At the moment I am working in retail banking and have been for about a year now. Hoping to get into WM in the near future through a two year rotation program offered by the bank. My possibly dumb question is if there is a way to gain any more WM / AM job experience while maintaining my current full time? Such as like weekends or picking up something here and there. I know it sounds kind of crazy but never know till you ask. Thanks!
