Advice needed for post-grad: MM PE and IB Offers

Hey guys,

I am a senior at a very solid school, though not an ivy, and I have offers from a MM PE firm in NYC as well as Truist Industrials (NYC), TD Securities (Industrials), and maybe Wells Fargo Industrials (Charlotte). I think I'll be getting interviews from Jefferies (Charlotte), HW (Richmond), and RJ (NYC). I want to end up in a mega-fund in PE. Do you suggest I go MM IB and try to lateral into a BB and then try to go mega-fund PE, or go straight into the MM offer and maybe try to lateral up - if that's even possible.

Looking forward to hearing your responses. Thanks for your time.
