GIC Real Estate PE Straight Out of Undergrad vs Top Tier IBD

Got an offer to a top tier IBD (not GS, MS, JPM) and need to respond by the end of the week.
Just received the final rnd with GIC RE PE next week.

I would see myself in PE industry in the future, but more interested in TMT or Consumer. IBD seems like a more related track compare to RE PE. However, chances are that I can still be assigned to RE, FIG or Energy team after joining the bank. Just wondering if you guys could share some advices on which offer to choose (assumed that I could get GIC RE PE offer)?

Thanks in advance!
