Internship interview w/ one-man shop: what to expect?

Hi all,

I've just gotten my first interview for a self-described LMM PE shop (freshman at a target) and am just wondering what sorts of questions to expect. The firm seems to be a one-man operation but I'm somewhat confused as the website lists no portfolio/previous deals despite existing since 2019, and the founder's LinkedIn with lists him with 3 different firms as managing partner. Is this something to be suspicious or ask him about during the interview or is this pretty standard confidentiality/pandemic-era slump stuff?

Thank you!

Congrats on the search fund! Just make sure to call yourself a "private equity analyst." Also when confronted about deal experience, make sure to mention that generatings hundreds of target lists is far more of a value-add than doing any sort of analysis and that Diliana let you run the model!
