PE On Cycle Networking
How important is networking for on cycle recruiting/PE recruiting in general. I'm under the impression its not nearly as important as in IB and coffee chats are more for us to learn about the firm and figure out what firms to target, but want to hear what others have to say about the importance of networking in the recruiting process.
