Warburg Pincus Analyst program

Thoughts on WP's analyst program, compared to other PE full-time analyst roles? Know the program's been around for awhile and generally has a great rep, but curious about specific thoughts on rep / dealflow / modeling / exits / pay / etc

Love how these posts show just how insanely inaccurate almost every anon title is. This “analyst 1 in M&A” wants to know about a WP analyst program lmao. Kids a sophomore recruiting or incoming at WP.

^^What he said

Like no shit, it’s a mega fund analyst program (and important caveat: not sourcing based 2 years, sorry @GA and @Insight)

Every IB Summer analyst recruits for these and 100000% take it if they get it, for too many reasons I’m not gonna type. Warburg, Blackstone, KKR, Vista, Bain - whatever; you’ll be one of the top “traditional finance” candidates in the country coming out of UG
