45 Minute Modelling Test and Interview Help
Hey!!!
I've got to undertake a 45-minute modelling test and was wondering if anyone has had to do something similar?
I've just been told its a modelling test based on a financial modelling case study.
The role is for an analyst investment position - the firm does as a whole invest in both direct and indirect investments.
On a separate note - does anyone have any advice for how to prepare for questions regarding both public and private RE ? Just any questions that could come up?
Really appreciate any help and will post back on what was said / what the test was once I've done it!
Thanks,
A

thanks - will do. Any idea on a '45 minute' modelling test?
Likely just a 3 statement model. That won’t take too long. Have seen some that should take 30 minutes, so unless they’re going to give you random math questions, I would prep that
understand fair enough
Eh maybe they want you to build a proforma rather than a 3 statement model, this would make more sense if the position is RE related. There’s a few resources on ACRE and YouTube that may be of use. Good luck in any case :)
