Pretty sophisticated group. They specialize in acquiring minority interests in real estate GPs. Their structure typically involves getting CFs from mgmt fees, carried interest, and GP commitment obligations from the underlying GP stakes, so I would imagine you’d be expected to have so,e level of understanding of how to underwriting those cash flows.

Can’t speak much to work environment, but senior team seemed well connected in the industry, and winning a lot of transactions through relationships.

 

^I think that's one of their smaller strategies. Believe they primarily make growth capital investments to RE operating companies. Also interested in learning more if anyone has insights.
