Honestly I am just looking to pull the waterfall sheet and add it into an existing model. I don't need any of the other sheets/tabs. Basically just need a waterfall model that looks clean. Im just going to link my annual cash distribution amounts, pref %, and promote splits to it. Just need a single tier waterfall. Obviously if there is a sheet that allows up to 3 tiers that would be great as well, but not required.
