Capex Projects to drive strip center retail leasing?
What capex projects are most important/should be prioritized in driving strip center leasing (parking lot, lights, etc.)? And some you wouldn't really think are important but are when a tenant is looking at a center to lease in.
ioo_ares_ooi, pure crickets, that's where I come in. Any of these useful?

You're welcome.
Depending on the area, I’d say new facade, parking, and lighting. I’d say lighting is more important than parking unless the lot is littered with pot holes and no striping. We had the highest ROI in facade work at my old shop in Dallas. Tenants want to be in a nice looking center and customers want to shop at nice looking well lit centers as well.
Complete demo would be a good start.
Strip center fundamentals are actually crushing it right now. Try not to drink the kool aid and read up on them a little bit.
Signage, facade, parking, lighting. Signage is huge.
