Career advice going from AM/PM at family office to a REIT or corporate role

Hi guys

the family office i work at is relocating to far beyond my driving limit

i currently work as an Property Manager/ Asset manager

my current duties are acquisitions, leasing, dispositions, drafting contracts, showing spaces, pretty much everything a broker and PM would do.

i want to go for a more corporate job and climb up the ladder, wouldn't even mind becoming a leasing associate at a REIT tbh. thinking about taking ACRE, but other than that what is some good career advice or courses to take at this point. any and all help is appreciated
