Help for Asset Management Interview
I have an upcoming interview for an asset management role for a RE PE firm.
How would an interview for an asset management role differ than that of an acquisitions role? I've seen interview resources for the latter role but not too much for RE asset management roles (i.e. valuations, cap rate/NOI calculations).
I'm not too familiar with RE as a whole (lateralling), any resources or guidance would be appreciated.

What level are you coming in at?
Analyst level, entry level basically. I don't have prior real estate experience and am coming from a different background in finance.
