JLL Capital Markets Boston
Any insight on reputation, dealflow, culture, and compensation
Is Boston a top 2 Real Estate Market? If not, what # is it?
Please give insight on compensation as accepting an internship position without any idea on comp is very tough, thanks!

If you've been given an offer, asking about comp is perfectly acceptable.
I actually just accepted an offer with JLL as an intern in a different office. From what I know, I believe D/E is around 115-120k all in first year and Investment Sales around 105k. However, some people tell me more and some people tell me less.
What office?
It's all market dependent.
I know NYC/LA make a good amount. The Chicago office absolutely cranks and crushes it in their market. I think Seattle is also surprisingly strong.
Fresh out of college expect $60-75k base, anywhere from $15-40k bonus depending on team & individual performance. 1-3 years experience $75-95k base, bonus from $20-50k+. Confirming these are actual numbers in NE office (buddy worked there first 2 years out of school). Long hours though
That would be very low for their NYC office. I know a buddy in LA who got 140k as a first year.
