Buddy worked there. I know they usually take kids from Dartmouth and WF. Heard interns do some modeling and work hours weren't horrible.
Friend of mine used to work there as well. They don't have a great reputation. Very high turnover and toxic culture. Low deal volume. He said the bonuses are a joke.

@timeaftertime - any more insight from your friend? it doesn't look like they have a ton of deal flow on their website, although they are listed in a handful of pretty high value deals (at least in my opinion).
that aside, toxic culture and very high turnover would be troubling. generally, curious where your friend went after them: another boutique, BB, PE.
Don't know anything about them. But saw that Lewis Ranieri works as a senior advisor to the firm which is interesting.
Stay AWAY! Friend just left as an analyst. Said they closed one deal last year and the partners were always fighting about revenue and yelling at other bankers. Sounds like they could be close to shutting down if they don't kill a whale this year. Lost their entire analyst bench last year, rehired and now the new analysts just left including my friend before they hit their 1 year. Heard it's down to one analyst and one associate. My friend seemed so traumatized by the experience and he's usually a rock.
Upside:
1) REPE shop's will take Coster's call 2) Interesting transactions come through the door
Downside:
1) Struggles to convert pipeline and engagements into closed transactions 2) Management has no idea how to run a business 3) Massive turnover - I tried to link to Broker Check but this is a throwaway account 4) Employee favoritism 5) Most of the deal team lacks a banking background
