Does anyone know the best recruiters for CRE roles in Miami?
HIG real estate is out of NYC not MIA
A few of these aren't headquartered in Miami, I think he's just listing ones that have a significant office presence here. Also, HIG is out of Miami.
LoL. If you want to work in mid-market M&A for HIG you would be in their Miami office, for real estate HIG is purely out of NYC
Any REPE in Miami that pays similar to the upper end of NYC REPE ? Would jump in a heartbeat
Definitely not common, outliers for sure ... Would also move ASAP if this was the case
Isn't COL in Miami considerably lower than NYC? Is effective pay based on that similar?
It's The Post but: Moving from NY to Miami can save $195K in cost of living, taxes (nypost.com)
Starwood and Mast Capital do. Related Group is below street ($85k for Analyst 1)
Savanna has to be on that list.
Are they in Palm Beach?
Yes, PB and Miami.
Check out 1919 N Flagler (315 For-Sale / 164 Rental). Here's a summary (and a good start) to get familiar with the WPB condo/rental product in the pipeline: 1309 S Flagler (Forte / Two Roads), 1515 S Flagler (La Clara / Great Gulf), 1100 S Flagler (Bristol / Golub), 1315 S Flagler (S Flagler House / Frisbie & Hines) and 4444 N Flagler (Icon / Related)
Anyone here have any insight into Fifteen Group? Just read that they acquired a defaulted portfolio of older apartment projects in Downtown LA. I've only heard that it's run by two brothers who I were told are sharp elbowed and not the easiest cats to work for. But curious if anyone knows much.
Never met the guys, but I like their style - they are not flashy with the media but close deals that many do not see on the market
Know someone that worked there. Please do not apply for a job there. It sounded like an absolute nightmare. Below market pay for insane hours. Revolving door of associates.
Just be careful and talk to a former employee before you commit.
Sterling Organization is in West Palm
What a good salary for a second/third year multifamily development associate in Miami? Interviewing for a spot and just for COL adjustment I'd need $150k in total compensation (that includes bonus) for it to make sense financially. Just not sure if that's feasible.
What would be the reasonable salary and bonus expectations for Miami:

What is the current norm there? Do you recommend it as a market for career growth and progression? Anyone there now and what has been your experience versus expectations?
Bump. Does anyone have insight on this please?
I think Terra was always there. Witkoff moved down to Miami.
