Seeing that Miami is currently getting a lot of shops moving down here, I wanted to make an extensive and up-to-date list of all firms' CRE, whether it's a debt fund, PE group, developer, owner/operator, etc. Here is what I have so far, if you think of others please comment:

  • Rialto
  • Hines
  • Nuveem

Yes, PB and Miami.

Check out 1919 N Flagler (315 For-Sale / 164 Rental). Here's a summary (and a good start) to get familiar with the WPB condo/rental product in the pipeline: 1309 S Flagler (Forte / Two Roads), 1515 S Flagler (La Clara / Great Gulf), 1100 S Flagler (Bristol / Golub), 1315 S Flagler (S Flagler House / Frisbie & Hines) and 4444 N Flagler (Icon / Related)

What a good salary for a second/third year multifamily development associate in Miami? Interviewing for a spot and just for COL adjustment I'd need $150k in total compensation (that includes bonus) for it to make sense financially. Just not sure if that's feasible.
