Phoenix/Scottsdale Real Estate Market
I have been in talks with an investment firm in Scottsdale that focuses on the Southwest. I want to stay in touch with the local market/deal flow. Any recommended sources?

Thanks so much! Everest Holdings. Small shop. Heard anything about them?
Looks like their focus is land banking. Very very different than traditional opportunistic / core philosophies.
True, but they do look at some interesting deals in the MF, Hotel, Office space as well. I like the idea of starting off at a small shop because of the exposure to AM, Acquisitions, and Ops. Any thoughts on big vs. small shops?
Not sure what your background is, but from my experiance bigger is better for branding and networking at the lower levels.
Decided to pass on the opportunity. Location, salary, and size were a big factor.
Cole Capital is solid in PHX.
Can you comment on position level and comp offered? which market are you targeting now?
Position was an Associate (Acquisitions and AM). Salary was lower than 50K. I am really focusing on Chi, SF, and Dallas now.
