RE in APAC

Anyone can shed some light on the market in APAC, who are the strong / interesting players? Would love to hear some thoughts.

  • Warburg, going pretty big in China. Probably earned very sick $$$ from building up ESR

  • Blackstone exited 3+bn Aussie logistics portfolio, bought a self-storage business lately (Fort Knox)

  • Oxford beat out Blackstone for the Investa portfolio...looks like they're entering BTR in Australia
