Based on the most helpful WSO content, here's what can be inferred about Wells Fargo Commercial Real Estate (CRE) compensation:

  • Base Salary: The information provided suggests that for the Wells Fargo Financial Analyst Program in Commercial Banking, which could include CRE divisions, the compensation structure is as follows:

    • Experienced Analysts: A base salary range of $60,000 to $70,000.
    • Non-Experienced Analysts: A base salary of $60,000.
  • Sign-On Bonus:

    • Experienced Analysts: A sign-on bonus range of $0 to $15,000.
    • Non-Experienced Analysts: A sign-on bonus range of $0 to $5,000.
  • Year-End Bonus:

    • Experienced Analysts: A year-end bonus percentage of around 8-10%.
    • Non-Experienced Analysts: A year-end bonus percentage of around 8%.

It's important to note that these figures are for the Financial Analyst Program and may not directly translate to all CRE analysts/associates, but they do provide a general idea of the compensation structure at Wells Fargo in the commercial banking sector. For specific CRE compensation, it would be beneficial to look at more targeted data points within that division.

100k starting ~10-15% bonus, increments of 10-25k total comps increases (including bonus) per year.

I work in this position though. What specific office/sector are you talking about. I'm talking about CRE analyst.

Strictly CRE, and not REGAL group. RESCM and syndications pays the most. I wouldn’t do REB, not a great experience anymore. It’s essentially just portfolio management now. Syndications and RESCM are the best CRE groups in terms of deal flow and experience. HFG is very good too. They’ve sent people to top hotel shops. Pay is best in RESCM and syndications but probably better in syndication tbh. REGAL is best pay by far and the best experience.
