Unless a bunch of people move out or there’s a Canadian 08, it’s highly unlikely. I think it’ll still appreciate and continue to do so, since people are always looking to move into the GTA cause of the employment opportunities.
I think Vancouver/Lower Mainland is a lot more likely, considering there’s limited entrepreneurial and employment opportunities.
