Toronto real estate market in on fire with the property prices skyrocketing uncontrollably even during the pandemic. It was a bubble which never burst. But not any longer, experts are expecting a collapse of Toronto real estate market sooner than expected.

Unless a bunch of people move out or there’s a Canadian 08, it’s highly unlikely. I think it’ll still appreciate and continue to do so, since people are always looking to move into the GTA cause of the employment opportunities.
I think Vancouver/Lower Mainland is a lot more likely, considering there’s limited entrepreneurial and employment opportunities.
