Full disclosure; I am a student myself... so I don't have resume review experience or anything.
If this were my resume, I would have it truly bulleted. Yours sort of reads like a paragraph, with a bullet every two sentences. The "In addition to..." and "Moreover, I..." throw me off a bit. I like to start my bullets with an action word The first bullet under each Big 4 subheading are good examples of what I think a bullet should look like (and what I have been taught over and over in every business comm class I have ever had).
Just one thing to work on... take it or leave it. I would be interested to hear what more experienced resume reviewers think.
Thanks BrassBull, that's really useful. It definitely looks clearer that way. And MutualMonkey, bizarre career choice I know (it's a long story) but I have strong mitigating circumstances for my grades (and it's UK grade- in case you're a US person) and meet the entry requirements anyway. Plus I've spoken to a few people in Sales at BBs and M&A in boutiques who didn't seem to think it would be too much of an issue if I could demonstrate my interest strongly enough- which is what I'm worried about. I'll upload the edited version with the bullet points :)
You're A levels are super weak in non science subjects. you need to address your quantitative abilities... i mean the whole degree doesn't shout finance or maths ability
dude, it'll be a struggle. you'll need to network because you'll get lost in a CV first blush

Is there anything I can do to say that I have quantitative abilities over the next few months? I've already spoken to my uni about attending first year finance lectures but my degree won't let me be assessed on it, so I'll just be attending alongside my normal lectures. Once I get the go ahead I can include that.
And I know, I have got some decent contacts luckily so I'm hoping that will help.

Yeah I considered it but didn't know if it was worthwhile- I'll look into it. Is it worth taking the GMAT or the bloomberg aptitude test? Do they mean anything in terms of demonstrating quantitative skills?

GMAT could work. but doesn't help you evidence your finance enthusiasm

Yeah that's what I thought. Aware that I'm veering slightly off topic but any opinions on taking a CISI securities exam as opposed to CFA L1? Slightly cheaper and maybe more relevant to sales? Or is it not really recognised?

Can i just clear this up? You have a Music degree, from a semi target, with a 69% average?

True. I'm slightly worried that I couldn't afford to pay my rent if I took the CFA- that's why I asked haha.
Bloomberg aptitude test is not that recognized at the moment.
