Order of stuff on your resume

Should projects come before or after work experience on your resume when applying for S&T SA positions? I'm a CS major so I've coded some cool machine learning projects that forecast stock prices. I've also had a summer internship (at a no-name startup though) and I'm a TA at my college. I know that you normally put stuff on your resume in order of importance/date but I really don't know what to do in this case.
