Search Fund on Resume - Branding it as PE?

Hi everyone, hope all is well. I recently accepted a position at a search fund (10-40M dollar acquisition target) part time during the winter term, with the goal of eventually breaking into IB. The official title of the role is "Winter Analyst - Private Equity" but the resume points I have for it make it pretty clear its a search fund.

I suppose by definition it is private equity but a part of me is worried this is going to be seen as slimy or deceitful. Should I make the title on my resume search fund winter analyst? Is it weird to say in emails I interned at a boutique private equity firm? I'm a freshman for reference.

Thanks in advance, curious to know your thoughts.
