Semi-target sophomore with entrepreneurship background
I'm a sophomore at a southeastern semi-target. Ultimately, I'd like to get into S&T but am just looking for any banking experience I can get this summer. Done a lot of networking and received the best responses from middle-markets and boutiques with less formal recruiting processes. I don't have specific banking experience but, as you can see, did deal with financial statements in past jobs.
My specific questions are:
- How is my entrepreneurship background going to be looked upon in the context of applying for i-banking internships?
- In what way should I change the resume when applying for S&T internships?
- Is the "breaking into wall street" course helpful on the resume or inappropriate? Am I setting myself up to get grilled more than usual with technicals?
- Any comments are MOST welcome. Tear it apart--the more constructive criticism the better.
Thank you very much!
