Post-MBA Big Oil & Gas Corporate Finance Salary and Progression?

Trying to keep my options open for recruiting for my MBA program and was curious about corporate finance roles in the oil & gas industry for supermajors (e.g., Chevron FCMP, Exxon, etc.).

Anyone have any insights on how the post-MBA salaries fare for these finance rotational programs within these integrated supermajor companies like Chevron FCMP or Exxon Treasury along with the career progression? Do you come in as a Finance Manager or equivalent and exit at a higher position or do you constantly keep doing rotations for the duration of your tenure at these companies?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated - thank you!
