Transferring - What schools?

I am currently a freshman at a Big 10 school with a 4.0 GPA and lots of good stuff on my resume (Search funds, etc), and am looking to transfer because I am not happy. I am in a good fraternity and have a lot of great business connections and there is a great opportunity to join my school well respected (100% placement rate) IB club. Despite this, I just feel like the vibe of the school is not something that is making me happy, and is taking a toll on my mental health socially. I am thinking of transferring to the following schools:

William and Mary (got in out of high school, but decided not to go)

Notre Dame (got differed and rejected, but I still want to take a shot at applying)

UT Austin (Loved the school, got differed then rejected, but again I want to try to transfer)

Possibly will add a few more, but at the moment I like W&M, but am scared of hurting my chances at IB with the school. If anyone has any opinions on these schools, or any schools that I should try applying to that are not on this list, please let me know. Help a fellow monkey out.
