Where to apply? Please Help

I have posted about this awhile back, but now that I have my grades in and is time to apply I want some advise. Im coming from a community college because i had some personal issues and didnt do well in school. I was able to get my GPA up to a 3.4 but if they look at trends my gpa is around a 3.75 over the past year. I have 2 years of experience in PWM and have my Series 7. I havent taken my SATs yet because many schools dont ask for them but i can take if needed.

With that being said where should I be applying that I have a shot at? I am from Florida so I know i need to go out of state and I do not care about location or really cost if its the right school. Any help would be appreciated
