How did you break into Wall Street from Non Target?

Hi all,

I want to hear how you made it to Wall Street from Non Target. What kind of special efforts or information did you need?

I go to Non Target, and planning to transer to semi target or above. Since I'm an international student, and trasferring to a new school, I am aware of the fact that I need to put extra extra effort and time in building my career. I want some advice regarding that.

I really appreciate it.
