What are you interested in doing over the medium term, say 5yrs? Is there a specific asset class you are drawn to? If you want to do macro, then I'd recommend S&T. Which bank depends on asset class. You want to be at a top shop for the product you are trading If it's an equity L/S or PE that you're interested in, it seems like a toss up between prestige (JPM S&T -- can you get to research?) and relevance (Guggenheim ECM)
