Accenture or Shell Oil

I am a rising junior Information Systems and I have great offers from Shell and Accenture. The money at Shell is a little bit more, but Accenture is the actual industry I want to work in. Accenture is in DC, which is where I am now, and Shell is in Houston, but of course they would give me money to move. I want to go into IT Consulting upon graduation, so Accenture would be a great company, but I can also get experience in different industries if I go with Shell and just wait until next summer to intern with Accenture, so that's my dilema. Based on that, who should I intern with?
